If you have an issue with an item, please let us know at email@example.com. We will help out as best we can.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. You may exchange the item for the same item if you choose. If those items are no longer in stock, we will issue you a credit of the amount you paid.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you wish to return an item, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. However, if you do not still have the original packaging, you will be responsible for the cost of the package/pak the item is shipped back in.
