Refund policy

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges.

We provide free return shipping for all domestic and international orders within 14 days of delivery. Any exchanges must also be within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send back any items you wish to return or exchange. You can use the original package if it is still in tact. If the original packaging is no longer usable, you will be responsible for purchasing the packaging to ship the items back. 

Once we receive the items, we will contact you right away of the approval or rejection. If approved we will process the return/refund immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
